EGR bolt/screw size needed

I can't figure out the correct size wrench/flex wrench to use there is not enough room for a strong enough wrench to fit through where the screws/bolts are.

Hi,

Our manuals don't provide that type of info. However, I believe they are 13mm. Normally, I can tell by looking at them. If you look at the attached pic, I circled the two bolts I'm referring to. Are those the ones you need?
