1992 Cadillac Deville dashboard removal

I am trying to replace the radio speaker in the upper dash pad. I remove the four screws behind a/c vents and three screws from the upper pad.it feel like another screw is holding the right side of the upper pad is there another screw that I am missing

see pic grill may pop off however. be same on both sides.

I tried popping the speaker grill out but that did not work, I read in a mechanic book to take globe box out and take the two nut and bolt to the upper pad but I could not fine the two bolts

they shold be in same area on other side of dash in pici sent

The hookup must not be the same because the only screw I had to remove is the screw behind a/c left vent it will raise up. I did the same thing on the right side but it still bolted to some thing. the speaker grille come off with the upper pad thank you

Thank you for your help ; if anyone else has this problem they need to take the glove box out to get to the two small screws above the glove box hole
