car idles very rough

1992 cadillac deville 4.9 litre runs ok but idles very rough. new distributor cap, rotor,coil,plugs and wires. fuel injectors cleaned.new air filter computer codes say everythings ok. what am i missing?
please help

common for intake manifold gasket leaks. you cant here it or smoke it as it leaks under the valve covers. get a shop to help you with this repair.
