Is there a check engine light on? There could be some relevance with the codes, but which one is at fault? Was there any that continued in the check displaying e.e., that would indicate a current fault. In order, you have an ISC out of range(30), MAP signal shorted(31), Distributor signal interrupt(53), PRNDL switch problem(91-type B, only a service vehicle soon telltale), and High RPM P/N to D/R in ISC range(98-type C, no telltale).The F48 is a body control code for low refrigerant(A/C). The first three of the codes will illuminate the check engine light. With the surging, and idle problem, it could indicate a faulty throttle switch integral to the ISC motor. By sputtering idle, is it possibly lower than normal, and feeling as if it may stall? If the check engine light is on, I would recommend recording the codes, and then clearing them. You clear them by pressing either off and lo fan, or off and high fan(after codes have displayed and 7.0 is on the fuel data display). One situation will clear ECM codes, the other will clear body codes, and right now I am not sure which is which. The visual confirmation thatthe codes have been cleared will be either F0.0, or E0.0 appropriately. After clearing them, drive until the check engine light comes on, and that may indicate where your fault may lie.
