1992 Buick Dies while turning right

1992 Buick Regal 3.8L

When driving down the road if you turn to the right it bogs down and black smoke out the exaust. If you turn it to the left the car runs fine immediately. If you shake the car left to right it bogs down. The fuel pump is working. Pressure at regulator never drops below 30psi. Just changed all spark plugs and wires. Coil packs replaced about 8 months ago.

If you just turn the steering while idling in gear, say in a supermarket car park will it do it as well?

No not while sitting still. You have to rock the car back and forth while sitting still to make it bog down.

I would be looking at the main loom for signs of chafing, also soft or broken engine mounts that may be causing the engine to shift and stressing any electrical connections.
