Im assuming the AC compressor? If the car is a V6 the water pump is located in the picture below. I attached a picture of the AC compressor as well. The pressure will need to be relieved from the system. Those hoses disconnected and then there are 4 bolts holding it onto the block. Make sure to release the tention on the belt before going too far.

The waterpump is a bit more tricky to do.
