1991 Toyota Tarago front passenger door

On the passanger side front door the outside handle is totally lose and when you pull on it to open the whole thing comes out how can i fix this? Also on the same door, its locked,when i put the key in n turn it to unlock or lock nothing happens..

not sure that car is in US but see pic for example. this is off a 2003 because earlier models aren't shown . there may be a clip that holds it or a couple of nuts you have to remove door panel also check for a rod not connected for door lock. they may be available at an auto parts store.
