I took out all my vacums and plugged up all the vacum hoses, tried starting up the car and dosen't reve up. it reves up to about 2 grand. Then it sounds like it needs gas or reve limiting. I tried pulling back all the vacuum hoses and it still does the same thing. I had changed the fuel filter, the fuel pump, the gas, the spark plugs, changed the distributor cap and rotor and spark plug wires' so what could be the problem.
