Don't quite understand your problem here can you be more specific

If I have the blinker on and hit the brake all the back lights go on,not just the blinker and brake lights. If it is night and the lights are on and I hit the brakes or turn on a blinker all the lights turn on or blink. I hope this is clearer , it is hard to explain w/o showing you in person.

Inspect the wiring connector for corrosion/damage-sounds like the brake and turn signal circuits are shorted together-
