1991 Nissan Skyline fuel issues

I have connected many ecu's but my engine sensors are not responding and the car can't rev past 4000rpm and when I open the plugs I find a lot of fuel is being sprayed on them and there is a lot of black smoke coming out of the exhaust.is it a relay,fuses or a wire some where has got cut
