Have a 91 Nissan maxima my heater gets warm but doesn't get hot have replaced heater control valve, and the thermostat,

Test the thermostat and check the heater core and the air blend door if its fully in the heat position

The car has been sitting up for 2yrs. Is it possible the heater core is stopped up, the heater control valve has hot water flowing through but the bottom hose that goes to the heater core is cold
