I just put in a new alternator, alternator belt, new battery and new battery terminals and it still wont keep the charge on my battery. It will jump off great and then it will just start dying as i drive. what could that be?

You don't have a engine charge fuse-check the engine fuse instead in the interior fuse panel

I did and i think the fuse im talking about is called the system charge fuse and its the fuse that runs the energy from the alternator to the battery.
