Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.

Hey, I have the same truck with exactly the same symptom! It's been intermittently stalling for month's. Today, it ran with low power for a while and was popping out the intake before it stalled. It made me think the timing was advanced. I kind of ruled out the throttle position sensor. My best guess is a bad crank position sensor, now. I'll try to get some ECU codes today and let you all know what I find.
