bought wrong seats

bought car seats for 91 ls 400 lexus but its for a later model maybe for 93 or 94 because the connecters do not match how can I make them work.I cut the wires from the old seat and the car I got them from to make it fit but new seats have more wires

You need to determine which wires are on the new seat require power and which are the grounds. You can do that by checking continunity between the wires and a ground. Only supply power to the power wires.
