my car reads a code 43

I',anm at witts end can't get rid of code 43. Put on new distributer, new transmission control unit, and computer,fuel pump,starter, battery and when changed distributer check engine light stays off for 2 or 3 days then comes back on. Hard to start smetimes cold hot. and check engine light comes on at 40 mph.
