I failed emissions after putting on a Cadillac converter.I now have put on new plugs and wires.I was told to ajust the valves.I don't know how.How do I ajust the valves and how much do I ajust them?

they are hydraulic no adjustment there. here's what to do , change air filter and oil, and oil filter, drive on exspressway 15-20 miles before testing then go for a test it should pass
