it died one day on me and i was told to check for power and ground at the injector it had the power side but the ground was not there i put a wire in the ground side and touched it to the negative terminal, it shot fuel and started and continued to run so now i have that wire run into the cab so when ever it dies going down the road i tap it on the metal of my emergency brake and it will fire back up and run, oh yea it is a 5 speed

if you have the distributor and i think you do , these reluctors would go bad and cause problems. that is where the fuel injection gets it signal from the dist. so you could check that out as well as the wires going to the injectors get lose and lose conection.
