1991 Geo Storm timing degrees

I don't have a way of knowing what the degrees are for the 1991 geo storm gsi,Like 6 degrees before top dead center,or what it may be can you help me with this,we just changed the timing belt belt and its running what seems to be ok,but iborrowed a timing light but don't kwow what to set it at to get the best gas economy.
