Turn signal problems

you didn't specify what's wrong with it? you didn't say how do you replace it? basically, the steering wheel has to come off. you can rent a puller or loosen nut till it is level with end of shaft threads and tap on it with lead/composite hammer while using legs/knees to apply upward pressure till it pops off!
