How to tighten or adjust the powered seat belt on the front passangers side?

you mean it wont retract? if it gets pulled all the way out sometimes it sticks there. you may have to disassemble the panel and remove it to release it to work right again.

OH wait. on tempo it's an electric thang that goes back and forth. your saying it's stuck in the forward position and not working? or does motor run but nothing happens?
