what do i do now? i need this car running fast and cheep

i have a 1991 dodge dynasty. its my first car and i have not sean it run in a year or so. it was my friends car and i got it for free. it stoped working wile my friend was driveing on the hwy. it cranks but wont turn over. i have replaced the crank and cam shaft position sencors and the spark pack. also the gas filter. it still wont turn over.

Quit running on the freeway. This tells me timing belt.

Our reference material appears to be broken right now.

Locate the timing belt cover. Loosen the top of it. Have a helper crank the engine as you observe the belt. If it doesn't turn, you'll need to replace it. For this, I would recommend investing the $20 in a Chilton's or Haynes manual from Autozone, Pep Boys, Advanced, etc. The detailed instructions therein will make this job almost easy.
