i have a 1991 Chevy van and all the gauges stopped working doing some research Ive found the problem might be the instrument panel cluster relay see attached photo i would like to know where this relay is located thank you

call the dealer and ask? maybe auto parts store?

Where did you get that information from? There is no relay for that that I'm aware of.
