Why would my front driver side disc brake lock up?

I replaced the driver side hub assembly, and after puttin the brakes back I'm and driving, the keep locking up and won't disengage. Why???

When it locks up open the bleeder on the caliper, if it releases, the flex hose is bad, if it stays locked, replace the caloper, if the caliper hung by the hose, it can ruin the hose.
