Why is my break light always stay on in my 91 s10????

The first thing i would check is the brake switch push it in with your finger see if the lights go out.

i tried to edit my question but it wont let me....its the break light on the dash.....whatcha think????

If its just the brake light then i would check and see if the brake master cylinder is low.If its low then inspect the brakes for being worn down/out fluid leaks etc.Let me know what you find.
