It dies at the changing of gears i.e. reverse to forward, and sometimes when you stop at a stop sign and are still in gear.

Check engine light should be on, have the codes read, Autozone will read them for free, post result here. Usually it's the idle air control or the TCC.

Is the tcc the torque converter control something? If so, is it located in the transmission and how hard is it to get to. Someone said try seafoam transtune, any ideas? I replaced the iac and it still does it. thanks.

Tcc is on the valve body of the transmission. Not to hard to replace, drop the pan for access. This should set a code. Did you get the codes read?

Seafoam won't help a transmission problem. Are your brake lights working?

The car is storing no codes. The idle air control was replaced, and the car still stall. It only happens occasionally. It happens when you are stopped and in gear, then the moment you try to go there is a minute hesitation and sometimes the engine will die. is there a way to test the tcc? I have also s;prayed carb cleaner around trying to find a vaccum leak, but couldnt find any. This is a toughie.
