charged battery all night put it in the car and the only thing that would turn on was my toggle switch for cooling fan will turn on what do i do

load test the battery it may be bad. Check the voltage at the starter and for start signal when you turn the key to crank.

from what i have been told its not getting juice to the fuse box

Prove the battery condition first, do not presume anything is ok, do the load test first.

we have put a different battery in it and it still is doing it and its a good battery

then you have a bad connection somewhere. You'll need a voltmeter or test light to check this out.check to see if the negative cable has a good ground. Follow the voltage on the red wire that goes to the fuse box. Test the voltage at the fuse panel. You will need to start here.
