i need help

i have a 91 cadillac deville and ive changed a clogged fuel filter.... its pumping gas to the fuel line but seems like its not getting to the carb what could i try

It doesn't have a carb. it's fuel injected.

Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If none found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on.


Use a fuel pressure gauge to test for correct fuel pressure, also noticing if the pressure holds when key is shut off.

ok thanks and also i just bought a new battery and it was drained jus trying to crank the car
