Check for power to the blower motor. If there is power, chances are the motor is bad. If there is no power, you need to trace it back until you find where the power is lost.

run a power wire from the battery to the positive terminal on the blower motor.does it start working?if no replace the motor.if yes u will need to replace the blower motor module.it is mounted in the outer a/c case.look at the middle top of the a/c case.u will see a connector that plugs into it.just remove the 3-7mm screws.then pull it out and replace it..
