wont idle 1991 buick regal

Clean the throttle body and idle air control. Any applicable mil codes?

I cleaned the throttle body no change I unpluged the egr valve no change I took off the egr valve the car will idle and run

Did you clean the idle air system? Shouldn't be any egr flow at idle. Any applicable mil codes. You use a jumper wire between A & B terminals @ datalink connector. Turn the key just till dash lites come on, no further, the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.
