wont move in any gear

This is heavy work, do you have access to sturdy jacks ands stands, and do you have the ability to lift the transmission in and out? if you have never attempted a big job like this i would get a mechanic to do it, or would first get hold of a work shop manual and read the transmission section, then decide if you still want to attempt this job your self.
