My latch broke to my 91 Acura legend how can I pop the hood

If the cable is broken at opener, get a plier to pull the cable to open hood.
If it is broken internall, that would require more than that. TRy to get hold of the cable from under the vehicle or from inside the fender linings to tug the cable to release the latch.
