Windshield wipers and sprayer are not working

My windshield wipers do not work and the sprayer does not work either. As well my low beams do not work. I pulled out my switches to see if that was the issue. but I did not see anything wrong. I also replaced my low beam bulbs. I do not know if it may be a relay but that is what I am thinking. if you could give me some help that be great. thank you.

for wipers check fuses 23 and 26 then have it scanned as it may be the integrated control unit. check fuses 15 and 16 underhood as well as 46.

Hi there, start with checking the fuses, normally this will be the cause. have you had any problems or just had any work done on the car?

Hey, thanks for your time. I just bought a car yesterday and the windshield wipers do not work for me. I checked the fuses and it was fine. I checked to see if the washer fluid would come out and it did. so i am a little confused as to what I should do now?
