I have a 1990 toyota cressida and im trying to figure out which fuse is my starter fuse??

Its the fuse labeled Am1 40 amp its in the fuse box by the battery.Have you had the battery tested?Or made sure the battery cables are clean and tight?Do you have a test light or multimeter?
