my car has aproblem heat and silencr become red like fair and redeator water boiling

I am from ksa and i have a cressida 1990 and it was so much god working but oneday i go for a drive abote 2 klm and i saw that the heat gauge is in half and i open the car's hood and see that the water is boiling then go to machanike and say to him for my car problem he just look but not understand please give me advise for this

Check for a blown head gasket, faulty radiator, faulty cooling fan, blocked radiator, start with these. Also the over heating cat converter may be a tune problem running way to rich or it has collapsed, all these will need investigating.
