my interior is falling apart

Where can I find a garage who will refurbish the interior of my bashed up old saab? We live in Devon in the South West of England. I have several issues with the interior of my saab, not least a sagging ceiling, a broken door handle, dodgy locks, many scrapes etc on the outside, lights not working inside, etc etc
