Fuel delivery maybe?

Ugh! I have a 1990 plymouth grand voyager. It sat for about 5 yrs. We replaced the fuel pump and it helped a little. Now it seems to bog down when I press the gas. If I just barely hit the gas it will run but when I try to speed up it is bogging down like it isn't getting any gas. I tried to press gas firmly to "clear" it up and it dies! If i start it and let it run it will run forever...unless I'm driving! Sometimes it starts right away but other times acts as if it jumped time, and then clears up. Help?

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.

Catalytic converter.

Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.

Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.

Throttle position sensor.

Crankshaft position sensor

Knock sensor

Manifold absolute pressure sensor.

EGR Valve

Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.

Fuel contamination.

Foul/defective spark plugs.

Open spark plug wires.

Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.

Incorrect ignition timing.

Cap and rotor.


Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing

Wow! Is there any more info I can give to narrow down the list a little?
