I have a problem with my nissan sentra 1990. I removed the starter motor to replace the carbon brush but when removing i also removed the sparkplug so when i put every thing back i tried to start the engine but it became hard starting and then i removed the air intake or air filter i dont which one is the right term the thing connected above the carburetor then it started but it was backfiring verry loud and verry strong uneficient fuel consumption.pls help i dont know if i need to do something with the carburetor or just replace the air filter. Thank you
