1990 Nissan Maxima power windows

2 rear windows do not work with either main switch or windows personal switch but passenger front window will lower but not raise. Driver side front will work but is also intermittent if I hit side panel sometimes it works.How should I troubleshoot this problem? Oh yea can raise and lower rear windows by hand but not the front ones.
