Fan control lever does not work. also brake warning light always on.

1. Fan control lever does not have response when we moved it from "off" to other positions(1,2,3,4). no air flowing and no any noise.

changing air intake lever could hear sound and working.

when put temperature control lever to "Hot", could feel a little bit warm air.

2. Brake warning light always on.
we put the parking brake at released position, I could feel it's really released. but the Brake warning light still "light on"

For an inoperative blower motor, I would begin my diagnosis at the motor itself. If the motor has power (and a good ground conntection), the motor itself is faulty.

Begin your diagnosis of the brake warning lamp by checking the basics first: Check the brake fluid level.
