1990 mazda b2200 2.2l carbed auto i acts like it will quit getting fuel i replaced the filter and cleaned out the tank

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge to rule out a failing fuel fump

where is the fuel pump located

i replaced the fuel pump and the filter screen and it still does it cause it will want to start******** then it wil cut off
