have a 1990 mazada 626 runsbut stick it in drive and it dies

stick it in drive and dies but use beak well driveing and does fine but will sit and idle fine and does fine in reverse

Loosen the master cylinder from the brake booster and see if there is a vacuum leak in the booster diaphragm.
