MY PROBLEM is my steering wheel is wobbly nd it wobbles from the wheel to the shifter nd at times when i move it to much or I shift the car will turn off. Is it a hard fix nd what can I do to fix it

if it wobbles either the bearing is shot on top or the collar is bad. see pic this is of a tilt wheel but yours is similar.

To do it my self is it hard to fix or easy or should I get a pro to do it
