when starting van motor runs rough. sometimes it runs better but most of the time it will run rough.
feels like not getting enough fuel to the motor. I have a tune up,air filter, fuel filter, blown out fuel lines, new battery, what else is their to look at. the fuel pump sounds like it kicking on.

scan for codes and check fule pressure with a gauge if tbi should be 9-11 psi. check base of tbi with choke cleaner for vacuum leak as they blow out gaskets. and cause a vacuum leak.
