On my 1990 gmc sierra 1500 5.7L 350 5 speed transmission, I was driving and started to slow down and down shift then my clutch got real soft and I couldn't put it into any gears. So I bled the system and still didn't work then I replaced both the slave cylinder and the clutch master cylinder and bled the system again, the clutch is nice and stiff now but still can't put into any gears please help me.

with the engine off see if it will go into all the gears if it does, then your clutch is probably bad. Or put it in first gear and hold the clutch in and if the truck moves then your release bearing has either gone through your pressure plate or the release arm is bent. you might be able to pull the rubber cover off on the housing and look in there for any damage .

Ok thanks. I can put the truck in any gear and try to start and it will move, so I took the slave cylinder off and and put my finger in the housing and there was little shards of fiberglass and metal so would the be the throw out bearing or the clutch? Also before that happened when I would downshift I could hear a little whiring/slight grinding sound. But thanks again for your help!
