how do you get the door hinge pins out of a 1990 ford thunder bird cant get the door pin to move evan if I jack the door up to support it lubed it beat on it before that looked in the door hinge its got no bushings in it pounded on the bottom hinge with a punch and a hammer what gives do you know any tricks
