will a 5.8 EFI engine from a ford F-250 two wheel drive interchange with a 4.9 EFI in a 1990 F-150 4 wheel drive and bolt up to transmission

It depends on which transmission you have and most probably it fits. As to engine, controls are different so it is more than just taking engine out and putting a different one in.
