It sounds like the ground is bad, please go over this guide to help with the testing and I have included the window wiring so you can find and test the ground G206.

I am having the same problem with my 1990 Blazer. I can hear it clicking when i press the up, so i switched the wires at the switch so when you pressed up the window would go down and it worked but window would not go back up when you pressed down, so I switched teh wires back, i have replaced both drivers and passenger window switchs and still doesn't work.

My passanger side window wont work. I have replaced the motor and i know that there is power going to the motor. The switch doesnt do anything on either side, passanger or driver side. But my power locks work on both sides. And my driver side window works fine. Also there is power to the switch.

The motor requires both power AND GROUND to work and you need to test both. If it is missing ground, then it is going to get complicated and someone is going to have to follow a wiring diagram to find the problem.

No, they use a circuit breaker. Check the wiring harness at the door pillar. Constant bending sometimes breaks the wires. You could also have a bad master switch.
