I have a stuck ignition swtich

I have a stuck ignition, its stuck on and i can turn the car over and it starts but it wont go back into place like it s supposed to how do i get it?

I can turn the car on but it just stays in the same position it wont turn back so i have to dissconect my possitive cable to save my battery
