not running right

If the rpms are high and not moving, sounds like a tranny issue? Tranny fluid ok? How long since a tune-up? Any applicable mil codes?

Drop the exhaust from engine for testing, except for being louder, any different?

i just got a new tranny and i foud out it does not have a catalitic converter and it is not reving the rpms just stay at 1500 when the pedle is at the floor and it wont stay running when in ldle when trying to drive it is slow the pedle is to the floor and sometimes will rev up and still be driving slow

Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any applicable mil codes, you can check those yourself. Use a jumper wire at the A & B terminals at the datalink connector. Turn key just till dash lites come on, no further, no crank. The mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes, if any. Your looking for two digit codes. Let us know what you find.

there were two code i think it repeted 1, 2 a couple times then went to 2,4 a couple more times then went back to the 1,2

Code 12 probably just means your in diagnostic mode, I don't usually worry about that code.

Code 24 is the vehicle speed sensor located on the transmission tail-housing.

so what do i do

I don't know how old that code? I'd replace the sensor,but, if that is an old code or a problem with wiring circuit, replacing the sensor may not fix it? I can't tell much from here.
