Electrical Problems-Instrument Panel keeps turning off and on. I have checked all the fuses. What could be wrong?

if your fuses are good lyou'll have to dee if your re/white wire is dropping power or not. if it isn't make sure the plug is in good. It can be your circuit board is going bad causing this as well.
